equipment or requires help to raise funds for specific projects, we are

Lions
service activities have resulted in:

The provision of minibuses, ambulances, holidays, Christmas
parcels, outings and many other services to thousands of deserving projects
and individuals.
The building of hospitals,
hospices, drug units and children’s playgrounds.
More than £7 million given in the UK towards research, training, and
rehabilitation for the visually impaired.
Thousands of youngsters
learning to make responsible decisions and to resist the temptation of drugs. |
Tonbridge
Lions was the first Lions Club to be formed in the UK in 1949 and is one of
the largest Clubs in the UK. Each
month we hold one Business Meeting and one Dinner Meeting.
There are many other social events throughout the year.
